Julie is from Staffordshire in the UK and originally trained as a dancer, gaining a teaching diploma in Ballet. After spending a few years performing she realized that she could combine her love for dance with fitness.

Julie has been teaching dance and fitness for over 25 years and has an array of qualifications. Her passion for fitness led her to join the Master Trainer team for Beachbody Live where she led instructor trainings and presented at events for over 5 year until the company closed operations.

Julie now runs her own fitness classes in the community and online is very excited to join the WARRIOR Rhythm team!
