WARRIOR Combat™ Instructor Training is a self-paced, distance learning certification course. Some people like to knock it out in an 8 hour day, while others prefer to spread it out over a couple of weeks.


There are lectures, videos, and quizzes. Some of the training will be physical, like a one hour workout and a pose breakdown section.


Upon completion of the course there is a Membership offered for ongoing Lesson content and an amazing support system to connect with!











What is WARRIOR Combat™

WARRIOR Combat is a 60-minute class that may be taught in two 30-minute sections. FIGHT CLUB follows a consistent formula with 10 stations. With an emphasis on cardiovascular conditioning, this section of the workout contains timed intervals. FIGHT NIGHT is is music drvien! It includes sequences of combinations, conditioning and core/lift. This section of Combat incorporates dumbbells
