WARRIOR Strength™


(Functional Training)

WARRIOR Strength™ is a dynamic format including cardio and strength training, energizing playlists, and a functional fitness focus. WARRIOR Strength includes super fun and original formulas that make time fly by. The goal is to make participants sweat, feel the burn, and enjoy an endorphin rush.


BURN Our original "CARDIO COUNTDOWN" formula provides 30 minutes of cardiovascular conditioning This HIIT class is all about maximal caloric expenditure in a short amount of time.


BUILD In just 30 minutes, this mobility and strength-based class will tighten, tone, lengthen, and sculpt your muscles! Our stations follow unique formulas that are smart, fun, and ever-evolving.

WARRIOR Combat™


(Boxing/Kickboxing)

WARRIOR Combat is boxing inspired, powerful, and fierce. It is for everybody and every BODY. WARRIOR Combat has two 30-minute sections. These sections are distinguished by timed intervals and moves synchronized to music. Both include boxing combinations, HIIT training, total body strength and aerobic conditioning. Have a set of dumbbells handy and get ready to feel like a confident badass.

WARRIOR Rhythm ROOTS™


(Active Aging)

Embrace stability and a powerful sense of grounding with WARRIOR Rhythm ROOTS™, an evolution of our signature program. Combining yoga-inspired sequences, resistance training, and cardio, this class enhances balance, flexibility, and strength with the support of a chair. Experience the perfect blend of rhythmic yoga flows, mindful movements, and invigorating, low impact exercises tailored for active agers and adaptive athletes. WARRIOR Kids


(Cardio Countdown for Kids)

In six theme-based sections, this 30-minute cardio class is all about the camaraderie born from teamwork, improving posture through body awareness, developing strength, coordination, and boosting self-confidence! CARDIO COUNTDOWN for KIDS emphasizes the FUN in functional fitness for grades K-5th.

Meet the Creator


Ellen de Werd is a 23-year fitness industry leader with extensive experience developing innovative programs. She is the creator of WARRIOR Rhythm™ and WARRIOR Strength™ and the co-creator of WARRIOR Combat™. Her unique programs are taught in 11 countries. Since the launch of the WARRIOR Instructor Academy, Ellen has garnered national attention as a featured, favorite presenter and educator for IDEA, CAN FIT PRO, SCW, and Fitness Conventions Inc.


Ellen is the Fitness Director at the Downtown Athletic Club and a Lululemon Legacy Ambassador. She is also a certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist and 200 Hour EYRT.
