Instructor Training


Our WARRIOR Strength certification course is for cardio junkies and weight lifters. It's easy to teach and keeps participants engaged. This class can be 30 or 60 minutes. Our two sections, CARDIO COUNTDOWN and GET PUMPED, complement each other beautifully! WARRIOR Strength™


WARRIOR Strength is a 60-minute class comprised of two 30-minute sections. Cardio Countdown follows a consistent formula that makes 30 minutes feel like it’s flying by. Strength training with an emphasis on cardiovascular conditioning, this class is all about maximal caloric expenditure in a short amount of time. Get Pumped In 30 short minutes, this mobility and strength-based class will tighten, tone, lengthen, and sculpt your muscles! Each Lesson provides a unique station structure and a customizable worksheet to track data and results!
