What You Can Expect at the 8-Hour Certification

  • A full, fun day of interactive learning including a 1-hour "Master Class" workout, extensive form and technique training, and a deep dive into programming
  • All the tools neccesary to begin your WARRIOR Combat™ teaching adventure
  • An official certificate of completion and .8 ACE, 8 AFAA, .8 NASM CECs
  • Email communication about what to bring to your live virtual or in-person event

WARRIOR Strength is unique and fun. It is incredibly simple to learn the choreography, with clear concise class breakdowns, demonstrating progressions and modifications. The two part format of Cardio Countdown and Get Pumped is ideal to keep the class moving, engaged, and challenged whether it is for 30 minutes or 60. You move like an athlete whether you are a fitness newbie or seasoned fitness enthusiast and finish, truly feeling like a warrior!

Creator Ellen de Werd draws inspiration from so many different types of movement, which makes this fusion format both exciting and highly effective. The beautiful sun salutations, dynamic weight training, heart-pumping HIIT, and powerful flow sequences challenge the body and mind, while the music keeps us connected to the joy in the movement. WARRIOR Strength is the most simple format I've taught and I am in love with it. The preparation time isn't overwhelming.The moves and music in each lesson are what makes this program special. The playlists are rockin' while the moves can be simple to dynamic with plenty of regression and progression options.
