What You Can Expect at the 8-Hour Certification


  • A full, fun day of interactive learning including a 1-hour "Master Class" workout, extensive form and technique training, and a deep dive into programming

WARRIOR Strength is unique and fun. It is incredibly simple to learn the choreography, with clear concise class breakdowns, demonstrating progressions and modifications. The two part format of Cardio Countdown and Get Pumped is ideal to keep the class moving, engaged, and challenged whether it is for 30 minutes or 60. You move like an athlete whether you are a fitness newbie or seasoned fitness enthusiast and finish, truly feeling like a warrior!

Creator Ellen de Werd draws inspiration from so many different types of movement, which makes this fusion format both exciting and highly effective.
